Registration

The following registration fees include the program and abstract book (digital version), coffee during scheduled breaks, buffet lunches, and Welcome reception.

*Student identification may be requested when collecting the registration pack at the conference.

Accommodation

The following are the official hotels for ECCLS 2013. They are at the Congress venue or at walking distance and are easily accessible from Barcelona’s airport.

All prices displayed are per room/night and include breakfast and 10% VAT. Any additional costs will be at the client's own expense. All rates are in Euros (€).

In order to be able to reserve a room, a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay will be required. This deposit will be discounted from the hotel invoice when you check out.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or change must be notified to Vibo Congresos by written form to eccls2013@barcelocongresos.com

Refund will be processed after the conference.

Registration:
- Cancellations received before May 31st 2013 will receive an 80% refund.
- No refund will be granted for cancellations received after June 1st 2013.

Accommodation:
- For cancellations received before 10th April 2013 the deposit the total amount paid will be refunded, less a handling fee of 50 €. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.

- For cancellations received between 11th April and 31st May 2013 one night will be charged as the penalty fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.

- For cancellations/reductions in the number of nights received from 1st June or no-show, the entire booking period will be charged.
